I never want to hear his name again.

I want Frenk to ban all candle usage on campus (good for public safety).

I want the College of Engineering to switch to the hefnerkerze as the official unit for measuring lumious intensity.

ok, on your next birthday just blow out the wax sticks with flames on it then

Maybe the guy who takes forever to extend a job offer prefers the candidate he knows will take the longest to respond

Exactly lol it’s literally a pipe dream for him to come here. Id love to be wrong but people are gonna raid the eagles staff sooner or later.

Their HC Siranni was hired by Reich when he got the HC job in indy. Siranni is still close to Reich so there probably has been talks about Johnson going to Carolina with him after the super bowl. Or if the cardinals hire one of the Eagles coordinators Steichen or Gannon then he will have 3 options right there to be an OC in the NFL and other teams will be calling also.

I think the Giants qb coach Tierney, whipple, or someone from the rams staff is way more likely NFL wise than Brian Johnson. Mario probably has names he likes and has contacted and is waiting for the chips to fall after the super bowl.
It might be a pipe dream, but it's the only thing that would make sense timeline-wise, i.e., a deal has been done but announcement held up pending conclusion of the season.

I was talking UConn, before he got to Smu. His coaching career got a huge bump at UM. A lot of people wasn’t giving him credit for Smu since Dykes was the HC. Coming to UM got him on instant credibility especially with how bad the o was the year prior.
have close friends that were auburn fans and were legit making fun of miami when he got hired. to your point Miami fast tracks some careers.

Listened to the podcast with Alex Mirabal and Josh Darrow last night and he talked about how Mario hires people that he knows and then you hope they work hard for you because they're connected to you and not the program.

Would be shocked to see another hire that doesn't link to Mario personally. His go-to guys on staff were also quoted as being Mirabal, Dennis Smith, Pata, Cody Woodiel, and Juan Navarro. Basically all tying back to FIU days. Guidry tied back to FIU - he was going to hire him right before he got let go and to Dennis Smith as well as they're good friends.

That obviously points to guys like Coley and Arroyo but another one is Tim Cramsey who is at Memphis. A guy from the Chip Kelly tree that has actually done well on his own.

I wouldn't be mad at Cramsey, that is prob a good name to know, especially with @Cribby saying it might be a random name like DC

I am not sold on Tim Cramsey - he was average at best with Memphis last season. We should definitely aim higher.

Cramsey also is familiar with Guidry from Marshall. Now this one definitely would make sense
