My comp.., Craig Cooper. No top end speed! It's not a matter of how complete he is. It's a matter of the limitations he has with his run style. He's the most consistent running back we have right now with no question. But we don't need consistent. We need potential home run every time he touches the ball. Did you see the size of some of the holes tonight?!? Yet he's only running for 8,9,10 etc yards. He should've housed two of those with ease. With the line we've put together we need to take advantage of any big play opportunities we get & unfortunately being able to consistently pick up a first down doesn't equate to that.
It was beautifulChaney had a jump-cut tonight which was unreal for a guy his size.
You having a gun to your head would result in getting CJ broken. Literally. It's one thing to run the ball against those lil boys we played tonight. They were **** near to a man the size of a jv squad. There's a reason Tyler ran the ball a couple times also. You're willing to take a hit from people like that opposed to a bunch of grown *** men.
He showed you that against ass2mouth. Fletch & Citizen back make this **** REAL wildIf Fletch gets back healthy for Temple we could see 5 backs get action for that game.
That’s a huge dose of variety in the run game & something really only a handful of Defenses can stop.
It’ll come in handy once the ACC schedule starts too, keeps everybody fresh & ready to go.
Dawson also likes to use a lot of 2-back 22 & 21 personnel (at least he did at SFA, Southern Miss & Houston), it’ll be interesting to see if we get any of that this season, because we could definitely throw some 2-back looks out there.
He got 3 carries in obvious rushing downs... not a very fair assessment.Speaking of TAMU:
Chaney: 3 carries 11 yrds
Did you just say SupaCoop had no top end speed? My comp.., Craig Cooper. No top end speed!
What about Miami of Ohio?Come on nie, Rell if he gets those same 10 carries Parrish got he's definitely more effective.
Kinda like yearby, consistent but not a HR hittterIt's not a matter of how complete he is. It's a matter of the limitations he has with his run style. He made decent work out of those limited touches especially coming back off injury. Stats aside I think Don feel (vision, footwork, trusting his speed) for the game took a step forward tonight. What about Miami of Ohio?

You get to watch the game bruhI’m nitpicking, and I know I’ll get clowned for this and I’m not down on his game overall but I really don’t like his running style lol. It’s goofy and out of control to me.
Solid COP back for us though lol.
Cause he hasn’t been available.I don’t know that; you know why I don’t know that?
2021 seasonWho has Chaney run against?
Wing t vs fsuthis is the best backfield in a while and they all do something different. We should just go all in on the triple option tbh
3 Carries isn’t enough for an accurate sample size. He’s an every down back who can block. I’m not going to die on this hill, I’m grateful we have a functioning offense this seasonSpeaking of TAMU:
Chaney: 3 carries 11 yrds
