His film is good overall. He clearly identifies the play pre snap from an eye take. I'm not wild about him not following his read though. He's very still pre snap. Personally I like a lil movement out of our backers.

He looks good athletically but he is slow to read progressions. He gets there with anger but he isn’t Melendez at this point. Melendez seeing the COMP and he’s sweating.

Possibly the most important skill for a LB. Diaz recruited a bunch of guys that were really slow in diagnosing plays, and the results weren't good.

Miami targeted and I think are still recruiting him. He just gives me trolling and game playing vibes! His summer Recommitment to Oregon video was unnecessary drama that just reeked of a kid wanting to stay in the limelight. I’m chalking the Miami gloves and cleats as the same!

Bob Stafford was on the participation list for UF game. He must've gotten in late on special teams because he wasn't on the snap count list.

There was a podcast over the summer that said something similar. Basically said he had measurables but meh as a player and wasn't sure at the time if Ewald was even a take at the time.
