His area is fsu/uf country.

Not all the way true kids will go to Miami if we prioritize them relationships matter tbr and it’s plenty of canes fans all over Florida I see it everyday

We overstress about weight on this board. But you just can't be too light in the pants along the line. Lightfoot need at least 20 pounds to even have a chance of seeing the field outside of STs. He's lighter than most LBs. You can't even really use him in packages. Along the line, everyone knows he's there to crash to the ball carrier because if he tried to set an edge he's be steamrolled.

Haven't seen reports on Rudolph lately. But he also came in ridiculously light after track season. At least that kid looks like he could add 30 without force feeding. The 2024 guys I expect to contribute at DE next season are McConathy and Blount.

Look at players like barkeviois mingo who was drafted in the first round of the nfl draft at a dead similar weight

Miss me with excuses… let the best talent play. Even if it was in a pass rush specialist role. Barrow our DT lead the **** team in sacks this team needed juice off the edge

Yeah. But Lightfoot weighing at 212 would have been kinda tough for him. He was struggling against the second team OL during the spring practice.

Im sure he left us out because Nicholson is gone just like the Lakeland kid we have to see how our dc does at recruiting lbs since he’s taken over his spot I guess but central Florida kids do want to go to Miami we drop the ball on recruitments more then people know back in the day

Gtfoh you say that, and then the opposing team’s quarterback changes the play to a run heavy play right at our under underweight defensive end and they bulldoze right over him for a big gain on the ground. You don’t think other quarterbacks and opposing offensive coordinators would be looking for that on the field. Give me a break!
