Texas vs Georgia

I like what D Nic has done at LB but there’s another level of athlete we need to start landing there. They’re trying but they’ve struck out ( Zayden walker, Anthony Hill, Chris Cole, etc)
Can say this about every position group tbh.

Georgia is that much better than them. There’s no shame in that. Would you say Mario choked if it was Georgia up by 3 scores at Hard Rock right now? (It would probably be worse). Or would you say Miami isn’t on that level yet?
I'd be worried that we're not on Kentucky's level yet.

Kirby at UGA wrote the book on beating Tenn. He’s not losing that one. UGA will beat Texas too. Bama is their best chance to lose. Will Howard isnt a national championship level QB. He makes them beatable. Texas is really good everywhere, not elite anywhere. Losing Murphy and Sweat on the D line will be their undoing. Ole Miss doesn’t have the horses to compete. They’ll again beat every team they’re more talented then, and lose to Bama and UGA. Don’t overreact to that Kentucky game. They did the same last year at Mizzou and the year before their first SEC road game. They’re elite elite. Not 2022 great, but right below it.
Read what I posted a month ago.

Stop trying to argue with the guy who told you everything that was gonna happen before it happened.

Apples and oranges. Obvs Minus Cam Miami’s roster is not on the level that Texas’s is. Especially on defense. However this UGA team lost to a 2 loss Bama, beat Kentucky by 1pt and other close games. They are beatable. Sark and his boys are wetting the bed at home big time.

You said their “Welcome to the SEC moment” as if you apply to the theory that it “means more.”
Know what it means is that they’re coming into the SEC from the Big 12 and getting shellacked same as OU getting shellacked by SC today…

This is the first team they’ve played worth a **** cause SC showed today that they’re not that great either.

You’re overreacting like everybody else, to scores and stats. You aren’t watching the games. Texas isn’t even as good as they were last year.

Whatever dude…

I still think there is another level to recruiting we need to reach, and the Washington comparison is a good one. I feel like we need to be very careful we aren't the FSU team of last year relying on a QB to carry us then next year we have some problems. We got to address needs ASAP this class.
We just need to continue stacking classes.

A great QB takes you over the top, but with another Top10 recruiting class we should have more than enough talent to beat everyone on our schedule next year.

If anything it's a shame that Ward has come a year or two too early for a National Title, but hopefully we can ride the wave to an even better recruiting class in December.

We haven't really seen the LBs we recruited last year. Aguirre has started to flash as the season has gone on and Wes has looked markedly better this year - it clearly takes a couple of years for players at positions like that to shine.

Lmao. Uga is better than Texas sure ok But to get absolutely manhandled at home is a choke of a performance.

I don't think really anyone saw that first half coming, maybe the only exception was Georgia. I think they're surprised at the score as well though.

I'm not going to say that Texas forgot to show up, but mentally they're off this game. They maybe got caught up in their hype, literally everyone had them as the rightful number one heading into this week. Got punched in the mouth and rather than saying that's cool, let me give it back to you harder, they're folding.

I wouldn't be shocked to see them make a decent shot at a comeback if they get it together.
