Good time to do it. USC is having problems meeting commitments.
If you're looking around because USC isn't meeting NIL commitments, 8&4 isn't where you shop next. They're NIL checks aren't coming through either. Suspect the bags may be good though.

95% of the schools are having issues bringing in cash to fulfill on the commitments needed for a top class. I posted months ago that UCLA and USC were having problems in this regard, although I thought Beats was going to fill the void for USC in the short term. Anecdotally, the early returns suggest that alumni, generally, don’t like the new model and are far less inclined to donate big money to collectives than they otherwise would be to the university directly. Imagine where UM would be without Ruiz and Lemonis…

Apparently Texas is coming through on their NIL obligations. So for those hoping we could flip Baxter due to the NIL issues in Texas, Mario is going to have to flip him the old school way because unlike 8&4, the Texas NIL checks aren't bouncing.

From what I’ve heard, A&M’s biggest issue has been retention payments. That’s why he got so mad about Saban and others talking about how much money they spent on their class last year. Lot of guys who are now on the roster have demanded more money, at least that’s the word on the street — I don’t know this for certain. It’s such a **** show everywhere. Lots of parents and handlers/uncles acting like pimps and extortionists. We won’t be immune to it, either.

Don't know if he's actually involved; but where's Jorge Mas? We never hear a peep out of him, or maybe he prefers to work in silence?
For those in the know, please let us know.

No clue here. I know we need other donors.
