A change is needed but Al leaving now is not good for the program. Let's hope he makes changes, learn quickly how to coach games, be aggressive and get us more wins.
Our great recruiting class may collapse. I am torn about this. I want defense to improve, offense to get it together and preparation and game day coaching improve. But very much worried what will happen to the kids we have and the ones we are recruiting if he leaves.
