I dont understand why people think total defense is somehow a superior stat to total wins. Everyone likes to say it was the schedule, that was the reason we won 9 games. Going by that logic if we win 9 games this season thats an improvement because we play a tougher schedule. You are what your record says you are, our record shows consistent improvement. Ill roll with that til I have reason to think otherwise.

No, consistent improvement is all that matters, wins are a better indication of that then total defense.

A has nothing to do with B.

3-5, 5-3 and 5-3

Well we do play more games then just ACC games so i dunno what your point is here, even then we went from 3-5 to 5-3 and havent regressed. As i said before, wins are the most important stat and wins say we are getting better.
