It's not fair at all but if you want a targeting call, the ball carrier has to sell it by laying out and staying still.

Especially with an officiating crew that's already clearly biased.

Coaches and players have to learn how to play against the refs too.

He didn't need to sell anything - the way he immediately let go of the ball, fell backwards and sat on his *** told you that he was concussed.
