This stuff going on in Tallahassee is the BOMB that Yahoo THOUGHT they had with the Miami "scandal". Where is the sensationalism with this story? Why isn't this all over ESPN like the free steak dinners at Benihana?

LULZ at these Canes fans eating Jamitin's butt. What happened to guilty until proven innocent for our rivals? F.aggot UM fans gone soft. This chick didn't wait a year for anything. She got swabbed up the same day of the rape.
 
An astute gentleman I know made a great point to me yesterday. He said Jamitin is guilty because his play hasn't skipped a beat at all after all this went down. The dude's a sociopath with no conscience.
 
Honestly, sorry for victim but can't say this isn't sweet *** timing for us. FSU looks unstoppable and in my honest opinion is the best team in the country. 100% possible they play for a national title.

This whole thing is going to be a circus, distraction, might get Winston suspended or worse, and will probably make it hard to win a title for them. Worst case scenario, Jameis plays and they win a title. But it could end up making them look really bad after. The SEC would get all up in arms and get the good ole boys to dig up whatever dirt they can find on FSU and then they can take their turn being a **** show again while we rise to prominence and wait for our turn to be a **** show again. And then the Gators will have their **** figured out and they can be right back where the SEC wants them.

But still, as a Cane fan, best thing you can do is spread these links and talk about it everywhere you go lol.

Hey Dalvin Cook, Ermon Lane, you really want to play in FSU's offense when there's no guarantee at all that Winston will come back? He's facing rape charges he might be done with college football. And they have no quarterback worth anything behind him.

DING DING DING DING DING!!! The above is very hard to ignore as far as indications of a cover up. I don't know if Winston is guilty and he has the right to be presumed innocent. But that the situation overall smacks of the local PD either being grossly incompetent or actively avoiding trying to really investigate a reported serious crime - i.e., a cover up - that definitely seems to be the case.

As someone else pointed out, the girl reported this before this season even started - when Winston was not even talked about outside Tally itself - and even then no one even locally up there ever expected him to have this stellar year as a RS Freshman. So its a little different in terms of her motives - back at that time - reporting it, versus if the incident had allegedly occurred last month. There is also supposedly a witness present during the alleged rape - lets see what he/she has to say in court, or at least in real investigative interviews or in court.

He is a punk who feels he is entitled to whatever he wants, if not then take it because of who he thinks he is.
