Gamineal, FYI, it's not the Victim's job to investigate the case or present it to the State Attorney. The Victim's job is to report the crime which she did the night of the incident not eleven months later like you said. Unfortunately, the Department and Detective who's job it was to investigate the validity of the accusation didn't do their job unbeknownst to the Victim, her family and her attorney. I realize that you want to defend "the brother" but it is what it is.

The delay in this matter makes me more likely to believe the woman. USC, OSU, PSU or show that when something is kept quiet it is because somebody did something wrong. There was a report, a defense attorney hired and working on the case. Winston was given unbelievable protection. He never was questioned. He can now form his story to suit whatever facts start to come out. In ANY investigation, civil or criminal, you always try to get the story from all parties as fast as possible. Lies that sound good early are later shown to be what they are, lies. If you don't get the first version you lose a valuable tool -- were you lying then or are you lying now?
