If we win this year and look good doing it...and the narrative still doesn’t change for 23 or 24 class than you know the well is completely soiled and it’s irreversible.

Unfortunately I’m under the impression that is irreversible even if we went on a Clemson type run. I could see it changing maybe a decade from now but don’t see it changing before that

well get more but like the dudes that know the HS game down here have said - we gotta stop being the program thats always there for them. Mario will change it though. Yes. But it’s a mix of things now... Social media, mainstream media, etc all indoctrinating these kids...mainly in favor of sec schools but there’s one offs like the buckeyes.

Fixing what’s wrong in south Florida is infinitely harder than it’s ever been. NIL sure doesn’t help either

As are you. And I certainly get where you’re coming from. But in my opinion I believe even if Miami goes on a Clemson type run over next decade we will still struggle in south Florida due to the culture. Manny got extremely lucky with COVID because that’s the best south Florida class since Randy’s in 08.

Hope I’m wrong but that’s my gut feeling/opinion

We've sucked for 20 years.

No one has any objective evidence to support this theory.

You/we/everyone needs to wait and see.

If we go on a Clemson type run the point is moot because we're obviously getting talent from somewhere.
