Not sure Mario is being kind to other programs. I think it is more he is taking his time and trying to get it right. Plus he had less than a week to keep the guys we had committed that he wanted plus add some before ESD which the higher priority.

If he’s hired here i doubt he’s gonna roll back up there for the same position.
80 percent of your job is who you work for. If he rather work for the new staff up there rather than Mario then good luck to him.
But going back up there in the middle of winter after being down here can be a tough sell.
