Can't see Dorsey leaving the NFL to be a college QB coach. I doubt he'd leave for anythimg less than OC, if even that.

Unless:
Money is Wow! and promised to be OC in waiting or even Co-OC.
It is not easy to jump straight to OC unless he goes to lower tier program first.

So how does it work with the timing and having previous staff still on hand? We need them to coach the team through the bowl game but I dont believe there is any relief from the max amount of on field / off campus coaches a team can have employed at any given time.

Coley OR they're using the extra coaching spot that was given to DVD on a QB coach. Seider turned down UF last year.
