Spring Transfer Portal

We have a healthy chunk of our fanbase that LOOOOVES to fellate other coaches.

Good lord, imagine a fanbase that worships another school's coach for using the transfer portal for a couple of years AFTER FOUR CONSECUTIVE LOSING SEASONS. And then taking that act of desperation, calling it a "Model" and naming it after that hot-seat coach.

Truly disturbing.

Definitely should look into Grant Gunnell, dude has a cannon for an arm and has 2 years of eligibility left. He could back up TVD in 2023 and compete for the job in 2024. He showed so much promise at Arizona and then went to Memphis and suffered a significant injury. I'm not sure if he got an injury waiver for 2021 but if he did he could have 3 years left.

Wowwwwwww. Das my boy bro. His dad is a CU Buffs legend man. His dad is Oakland and is the brother of Joe. Stuff must be going sideways if this kid left. He is one of the most respectfull kids I have ever coached!!! He can ball. I bet Mario takes a look, out of respect for Joe. This guy aint no Luis Cristobal either lmao. Oakie is the reason Francisco stopped playing QB. He is fast as heck, and his work ethic is 2nd to none. I wish him well. Hope he comes to us. The pic i'm attaching is of Oakie and his dad. He still coaches at Tafuna where I coached at.

I know Oakie wants to try and play QB. When he went to CU, they moved him to Safety. He's a big kid, 6'4, 220ish, and ran a verified sub 4.5 40 at Elite 11. If my gut is correct, he might look here to play Safety or look at another school where he'll have the opportunity to play QB.

Would love to see it. Funny how 247 has him listed as 6'2 185 DL when he played QB and S in high school. they must have mixed him up with his dad.

Also, not sure if he grew but he was only 6'1, 186 at the LA Elite 11 and ran a 4.86. If he is worth the scholarship then I'm sure his uncle and former teammates would know.
