Sounds like you're out there at practices, is that right? Am I being a CIS ***** by saying we should thank Emory for all he's done (Clemson win, FSU failed comeback drive) but move on? I want Luke getting more reps. He won't get them as QB4. Anyway, I'd rather take a chance on another FCS QB out of the portal than go with Emory as Beck's backup.
I totally feel you regarding Emory. There aren't enough lousy adjectives to describe just how bad his bowl game performance was. My level of disappointment was sort of like when I was hoping for the Hulk Hogan WWF rubber action figure set with the official WWF ring for Christmas in the mid 80's, only for mom to get me the WCW guys and a knock off wrestling ring that was a POS. I wasn't expecting to see Peyton Manning Jr out there, but oh lawd, did Emory stink. He looked like he regressed. He actually looked far worse than I was expecting. So much so that I have written him off as a Cane. I wish him no harm; I simply don't see any coach shy of Jesus Christ himself being able to turn him into a decent QB.

That said, I don't think we necessarily need to bounce him from the team. I think he can help Luke learn the offense, learn how to study and never ever give Luke a tip about throwing mechanics or footwork.....just stick to the mental side of things. Luke can start as QB4 and by mid-October, be QB2. Then Emory and Judd can transfer to D3 schools where they belong. Actually Judd can probably bounce now....as in, go play basketball. I heard there's a few roster spots open on the same campus.

Bet he commit to more than one school

As much as what I'm about to say may amuse some people, when it comes to Brantley and when to use him and what matchups to protect him or leave him out of, I'll just defer to the coaches. We are light years better there then we were last year.

After constantly questioning Guidry's decisions last season, it's hard for me to let go.

Our Nickel needs to be a cover guy...hence the reason we're using traditional CB's there.

In the event that you need a bigger/more physical player at that spot, we have packages for that. (which would turn us into a more traditional 4-3)
So pull the nickel and put in someone like Pruit?

taking Judd over bailey is
like Biden being back in the white house

OJ is massive and so is Wiley - all around we look good

ewald was at safety today

Love Brantley - he will be a playmaker - everything we want in a player

again.... our qb's aren't good so take it how you want it - sucks we cant practice vs a QB

Beck is a new man since cheating on his GF - his attitude has changed (not joking)
Can you expound on the bolded part? Would you consider the change productive or not?
