Spring PractiSe 2- Wednesday March 5

You can say anything you want about Mario..but man that guy knows how to fix problems FAST and in a big way. (yeah yeah, we should have never had this problem to begin with. I get it). Our secondary went from having low quality bodies and talent...to now there is a legit scenario where none of the guys in the 2 deep from last year except OJ even see significant playing time this year. Not saying it will happen, but its wild to even fathom that.

That could be true, but he was first man up when RR got hurt. He was slowly phased out once Bell showed any competency. He is always the in case of an emergency backup which to me signals he is more dependable than reliable.

Because just like Rivers. MCCOY CAN PLAY guard OR TACKLE IN A PINCH.

Bell has no inside ability, just as Rodriguez has no outside ability.

Willing to bet the coaches are/have been higher on Mccoy than Rodriguez. Now if RR turns it up and takes the open spot that shows progression of his.
Mccoy been knicked or injured but they have been extremely high on him from the get go.

In a recent podcast, Mirabal listed Mccoy as his left guard when they were discussing height/weight of their players. Obviously not as impressive to list RR but he also couldn't stop hyping up S.J. as a talent.

No one wants to talk about kickers, but we’ve had a legit weapon there for 5 years with the Borregales Hermanos. Is Murray the primary FG kicker? Is Carter Davis KO only? Does Murray have 50 yard range? I don’t want to be “the kicker guy” but everyone here remembers the Bubba Baxa era and it will determine plus territory and end of half/game strategy

I don’t really get why you’d say he has NO Guard ability. Is it just cause he’s tall? He’d definitely be on the extreme end of height. But it wouldn’t be something never before done.

And again you want the best 5. Ideally if we are all being 100, Okunlola finally becoming what we all wished him to be and earning LT is ideal outcome. From there Mauigoa is about to be a top 10 pick at OT, so unless you really have no better choice you keep him at RT. I wouldn’t really be opposed to him at LG if Bell or someone else even was also great at OT. Okunlola and Mauigoa at OT, Cooper and Bach at C/RG, and open comp at LG seems about ideal to me as things stand
