Chickillo looks fine to me. How else do you expect a DT and/or 3-4 DE to look? Kid is 280 pounds.

Seems like some of the posters have a thing for Berrios.......... not that there's anything wrong with that. I'm accepting.

**** I was hoping Chick lost some weight this offseason to get more explosive

Dont know why people keep saying that. He was never explosive. He's way more valuable to us bigger since he has had to play every ****ing snap for two years, and since we cant recruit a DT, he will likely have to help out there as well.

He's more of a DE than he is a DT, imo. In HS, he was not explosive, but think Rusty medearis - really good with his hands and enough of an athlete/motor to get around the outside. JMO.

I think he is a DE as well, and a **** solid one. Just saying he may be called upon out of necessity, which sucks.

Any other 3-4 teams in the country fielding 240 pound OLB's?

Bama and Stanford thats about it.. Christian Jones was 240 at OLB but moved to DE his sr year because FSU had no pass rushers at all..

UCLA, Wisconsin, Georgia. Not many teams run a 3-4 but of the ones that do have some LBs listed at the weight we list ours.

Jones actually moved to the Jack LB position- DE/LB hybrid. FSU moved from their new 3/4 defense to a 3-3-5 defense after the BC game. They weren't dependent on the 3 down linemen to generate the pass rush because they blitz heavily from other positions- Joyner led them in sacks. FSU was still able to finish #16 in sacks even without a pass rush from the D-line.

Wish we played aggressive similar to them.
