it’s not..been living here for 15 years. Most residents I know don’t consider this central Florida.

this is West Florida.

Your from there ...You know that Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach are one street away from each other. I mixed em up i knew he played against Lamar growing up...but point remains he is from BROWARD and not Palm Beach.

To someone from south broward or Miami..Deerfield Beach and Pompano is considered....out of town. LITERALLY...my aunt said she was going out of town for the weekend and went to Deerfield Beach. we still laugh about that sh*t

You right. Deerfield and Pompano is real close. You bringing back memories now because Devin and Lamar definitely played against one another. I use to watch Lil Devin play since Pee Wee. Nickname for Devin Motor. Nickname for Lamar LJ.

Yup i knew Singletary was the goods and my alma mater got a steal when he committed there..because he **** sure was power 5 talent.

Hafley was the DB coach at Ohio St. he’s the Head Coach at Boston Coll. now. Corey is still the beat in the business. He’s got Stingley Jr. for 2 more years, yikes.

Okay I stand corrected on who has been here longer. But sorry my friend you and the rest Tampa Bay are a central Floridians, like it or not despite your local West Florida want to be folk lore. Embrace the Mouse, he dictates all; including what transpires in the Tampa Bay area of Central Florida.

I don't know about whether they are both considered Central Florida, but I have always considered Orlando and Tampa to be gross, which is pretty much the same thing.

Tampa is located on the west coast of Florida...not central Florida

What a weird back and forth. Paranos, I also lived in Tampa before: Tampa is on the west coast of Florida. It is not in the center of the state. Plus as Tee said, specifically referencing inhabitants that live there it is perceived as West Florida (which also makes more sense culturally).

Maybe you guys have conflicting definitions of longitude and latitude?
 
Miami should bring someone on staff from one of these blue bloods.. let me get a guy from Duncanville/DeSoto/Cedar Hill/Lake Travis/North Shore/ Katy's/Steele... Not just anyone get me the big dog.

You can call it what you want, but its officially the I-4 corridor / central Florida region. Florida is divided into thirds ( north, central, and south Florida) now within those primary geographic regions are sub sectors ie west Florida, the panhandle, sw Florida etc.
