One of the more ignorant posts I have seen. "Flamed out", had no QB, WRs' injured, no roster to work with, and a coach that had his own scheme. Not a good recipe. LOOK AT WHAT HE DID at LSU:

-In 2018 with Burrows and the same 3 primary WR's as 2019 .. LSU had 2970 passing yards and 17 passing TD's

Ensminger .. the OC .. wanted to modify the offensive playbook to include aggressive SPREAD components .. but he didn't know how .. HIS WORDS. He hired Brady as "Passing Game Coordinator" to come in and ... modify the offense, add spread concepts, COACH THE WR'S and to call plays as follows according to Ensminger"

-"when we go empty .. 5 WR's and bunch sets .. I say "Joe its yours" and he calls the plays. Same with 3rd down situations and in the Red Zone.

-In 2019, with Brady sitting along side Ensminger and calling plays in CRITICAL MOMENTS (empty sets, 3rd downs and red zone):

-Passing yards increased to 6024 and passing TD's increased to 61 (from 17).
-Rush yards increased from 2274 to 2813 so the pass game didn't ignore the run.
-LSU had the #1 offense
-LSU had the #2 passing offense
-Lsu had #2 red zone offense
-LSU had the #4 3rd down conversion %

Brady's addition to the LSU offensive PLAY CALLING STAFF ended up in LSU setting a record for passing yards, TDS and offensive production.

Football Scoop awarded the "2019 Offensive Coordinator of The Year" award to Ensminger and Brady .. first time they ever had two people share the award.
Brady at UM with TVD / Garcia and a couple of portal OL and WR's would absolutely destroy every passing record that exists in the ACC.

I'm a Carolina Panthers fan. I watched every ******* play he called.

He did well the first time at LSU - although there's a debate about how much of the offence he was calling. There's no debate that he flamed out in the NFL.

I like Feely. I would not mind seeing him staying on in some sort of support capacity. If done right, proper S&C for 85 (or so) scholly players + walk-ons is a lot of work for just one guy.

Muschamp may actually make sense because TRob is one of his guys.. This whole assembling the staff before the coordinator doesnt make sense because the coordinator would likely want some input on his assistants

T-Rob holds weight though. He’s a top 10 DB coach and top 5 recruiter. Most coaches would probably sign off on him.
