Barry Odom anyone?
Scheme has nothing to do with not knowing the guy running past you in the opposite color jersey is an eligible receiverThe stink of Mandy and his scheme.
Agreed. He can go somewhere else and cut his teeth (like Utah state). But Manny was too desperate so over promised him to get him to stay.Yet that guy is being mentioned as someone who may be retained....
DVD should only be kept in an off field role period.
He was in charge of safety’s. I thought they did pretty well considering they’re all underclassmen in a fundamentally flawed schemeThis guy baffles me, he pretty much stunk last year, but yet he’s held in such high esteem. What am I missing?
Can’t argue that.Scheme has nothing to do with not knowing the guy running past you in the opposite color jersey is an eligible receiver
So who does Kirby value more? Muschamp or Schumann?
They are not similarly situated. So who does Kirby value more? Muschamp or Schumann?
Go get Schumann NOW. Make him an offer he can't refuse. Use Kirby making Muschamp a co-DC thing as a disrespectful sign. From Kirby:
“We are so happy for Dan and his family. He and Sauphia have been an important part of our Bulldog family for the last four years, and we thank them for all they did for Georgia Football and the Athens community. Opportunities like this are a testament to a successful program. While he will coach with us for the upcoming College Football Playoff, we will move forward with Glenn Schumann and Will Muschamp as co-defensive coordinators. Dan and I are both looking forward to preparing for the CFP.”
Happy with either Schumann or Muschamp... hopefully we finalize it soonFrom Kirby:

Interesting move, but seems unlikely that Muschamp would stay permanently for a Co-DC with Schumann. He could risk losing him to a spot like TAMU.From Kirby:

Fine by me. Go tell Schumann "so Muschamp is at UGA for one year as an analyst, and he gets Co-DC with you? Seems disrespectful if you ask me, why wait and see what happens there, when you can be full time DC here in Coral Gables"Muschamp isn't going anywhere. He wants to be apart of his son's college experience. His son is a PWO QB for UGA.
I interpret the bolded part as follows:From Kirby:
