Big ups on this post. Funny how quickly people will jump on Team (fill in the blank) without providing any substance for their choice or any alternatives.

Give me a guy that can maximize the type of athletes available to us and I'll be happy. An offense that can score in the red zone, not just move between the 20's. Personally, I like a power spread. Not necessarily wide line splits but attacking the field laterally and vertically. Notice that we had a hard time with short yardage situations this year. Yet, when we went 4-wide or trips to field side, suddenly we had more room to run.
Thanks brother. Dig that Avi. Would love to bury my big Italian schnoz up there.

It’s like when I’m in a meeting with my partners. Got no problem with someone poking holes in someone’s idea. But I like to hear what their solution is then.

One spot open and could probably slot in Change in addition to those guys

I think it depends on what happens at OC/QB.

We're allowed 10 assistant coaches. If we get Brady as a pure OC, we'll need another slot for a QB coach, which i think eliminates a separate slot for CB coach. If we get an OC/QB coach, then the spot that is saved can be used for Chance.

Sample staff with Brady:
OC - Brady
QB - Ponce or Coley
WR - McClendon
RB - Hickson
TE - Field
OL - Mirabal
DC - Schumann
DL - Partridge
LB - Hurtt
DB- Robinson

Grabbing Riley as an OC/QB means we wont need Ponce or Coley, freeing up a spot for Chance at CB.

Richt should’ve/could’ve hired him instead of Kul or Simpson.

He was at FAU right when Richt first came here before The Narduzzi snatched him up at Pitt.

Richt was hired December 2015
Richt hired Kul in January 2016
Partridge was fired from FAU in late November 2016

I remember Partridge visited a Miami spring practice in 2017 before he was hired by Pitt.

Partridge at DL.
Hurtt at LB.
Robinson at DB.
Schumann at DC.

Schumann also coaches ILB doesnt he? While Hurtt had OLB coaching experience.

I don't want Hurtt at LB. I want a true LB coach. We haven't had that in ages and it's shown on the field.

It's different if Schumann is here so he can coach LBs but even then, i'd probably go another route.
