Would you change a single solitary thing to pacify and mollycoddle whiny couch potatoes to make them feel good about your hiring process, when your only interest is an optimal outcome?

My answer would be no all around, and not just because I’m an arrogant *******.

The outcome is all that matters. The outcome that the coach wants.

Should the coach care? Of course not. Should the AD, PR/Communications, and Marketing have an organized and well thought out strategy for rolling out the new staff to maximize exposure and fan engagement? Absolutely. And so far that’s been sorely lacking.

Radakovich’s first day was Monday and from the looks of it, they wiped out a good portion of the communications/marketing folks

You don’t need an entire staff to develop and execute a plan for rolling out staff announcements. I think this just shows exactly how dysfunctional and subpar the Department was under James. This is basic blocking and tackling for a competent Athletic Department. Rad has his work cut out for him.

He’ll stay and be McDerrmott’s OC. That’s how the OC job rumors started with him in the first place.

If Harbaugh does go back to the pros and Bears don't move heaven and earth to get him executives need to be fired. Bills offense wasn't as good this year. Think Dorsey applying pressure. I think that offense takes a huge step back without him. Just like Panthers.

He’s never called plays before and that’s a huge red flag for me. I have a really hard time seeing Cristobal, with all of the resources he’s been giving, handing the reigns over to first time play callers on either side of the ball
