I just think other options being rumored might be better fits. If they are the choices I wouldn't have many complaints.

Bring Dorsey in as passing game coordinator/QB coach. Double his current salary
Let him learn the ins and outs of calling plays and make him next in line for OC after Brady leaves.
Get TVD to #1 overall pick and make Miami a top destination for all high-end QB prospects
Start a mfing dynasty.

This QB coach decision is absolutely essential.
TVD and Jake are the keys to kickstarting everything

It’s funny looking at some of these guys’ 247 profiles. Prior to Mario they recruited a bunch of 3 star guys. With Mario though they start signing high end 4 star and 5 star guys. Pretty nutty.
 
Had ESPN on in the background just now and they did a whole segment on Chip Kelly probably heading back to Oregon. Don't know how that would affect the coaches still there right now

Chance may also be the Nevada DC under Ken Wilson.

I wouldn’t jump on any of those names just yet aside from Mirabal and Feld.

Bryan McClendon hasn’t agreed to anything at Miami. Oregon players are still campaigning for him to get the HC job, the new HC may keep him as OC. He passed to come to Miami last time when richt came I’d be surprised of anything different until I hear or see otherwise
 
kinda hope ken wilson gets the nevada job because I don't want him here as DC - not sure if he's a candidate for it or not but cribby said someone who's CO-DC at a big program, that's essentially wilson from oregon or schumann at this point I believe.


If he's getting interviewed for a HC job I doubt he'd come here as ILB coach, maybe he could be co-dc again but would rather us go in a different direction

well let's hope chip kelly gets the HC job there, if so I would imagine Bmac comes here and would rather be with mario than chip but me just assuming

Jay do you have any idea when we might start hearing about new staff members officially? Will it wait till after signing day?

The smarter approach long term for sure. Hopefully we can convince a lot of our targets to hold off on signing early, but won’t blame them since we don’t have most of our staff.

Lol haha appreciate that my guy! I got much respect for EL, Lance, Macho, Gogeta4 with their many contributions to the board. I just figured I could add a lil more football knowledge for us fans to understand what we see out there on Saturdays.

Glad to speak my perspective on the board.
