You know Georgia and Bama targeting these Miami coaches strictly to cut that recruiting monster Mario is.
If you don't think TRob was one our best recruiters then its futile to debate the rest. What exactly did TRob do here to call him one of our best recruiters? He didn't do **** whiile at Miami.
Would be absolutely wildHave other teams in prior years ever started spring practices with either coordinator still not hired. That would be a complete waste if they're not there.
LFG!! We FOOKIN then! All jokes aside...
I never really liked McClendon anyway, his reputation was as a phenomenal recruiter but not really a technically savvy coach. Muschamp demoted him from being the play caller at South Car because his offensive game planning sucked so bad. He’s a salesman.
I’m not worried about any coaches except OC & CB’s coach.
Just find us a good OC & good CB’s coach & all will be fine.
The jokes write themselves man, idk why everyone is always so serious lolLCE is the early odds on favorite to win the Troll of the Year award. He's ahead by a mile and it ain't even close.
That's fair. Clearly now he miscalculated and was indecisive because he thought he had the luxury of time and money. He does not. To me, he has goofed this process up. I support the man, but I'm also not blind to see that he has done a **** poor job on certain things so far. Like I said many times, it is a bad look to keep stringing this process along. Think about it as a prospective employee, you interview for a job, in an appropriate time frame, one to two weeks, you want a decision to be made one way or another so you can move forward with your life in one way shape or form. Instead, he is being "thorough" and not making decisions. He doesn't look detailed oriented, he looks unsure of his decisions and if you are looking to win big, do you want to work for a guy that can't even pick coordinators in a reasonable time frame? What's he going to be like on GameDay situations on 4th and 1? C'mon Mario. Get it together, bro. I'm really rooting for you.Of course he does. I think Mario might have miscalculated how difficult it would be to make his hires (I think he overshot in some cases). I know he thought “I have the money so I can get whoever I want” and as we have seen, it’s more complicated than that. One thing I hope Mario takes from all this is lessons learned.
Agreed. He hasn't lost the fan base. He hasn't even played a game yet. I still support him. But we can support him and still not be naive and blind to the fact that he has made some obvious mistakes early on. He still has time to sort it out. I'm rooting for Mario. You have to be one of the more soft shouldered posters on here.
