Yup, agreed. Brady and Schumann were his first choices if you read the tea leaves. I'd imagine Schumann is getting a pay bump/increase in scope of responsibility if he's agreeing to be a Co-DC for another year. Brady is clearly betting on himself to get another crack at being an NFL OC.
