Lol y’all so soft. Can we, I don’t know, wait until Mario actually makes a ****** hire before flailing around like little *******? This board seems to think there are only 3-5 OCs in the whole wide world that are good at their job and they’ve all turned us down already.

Imagine what would happen if not only we gave Ponce the gig...but that we paid him like 1.8 mil to do it.

I think I'd get explosive diarrhea. I already feel a piece of my dying every time someone says his name on here. It's like saying Bloody Mary in the bathroom with the lights off.

I don’t know man, some crazy spin zones going on right now. If Mario has his OC and DC why doesn’t he announce them? The only 2 reasons I can think of are 1. They’re stilling coaching in the nfl playoffs and 2. Maybe trying to surprise the elite recruits with some grand in person announcement this weekend.

Something doesn’t add up here and I still have complete faith in Mario, but somethings up.

So let's take Briles for an example - You want the job - have interviewed for it and all the fans know it. Mario doesn't offer you the job in the end, well that sucks for him. How does he turn it around and make it a positive? Well you leak some info to try to get a raise, and to save face with your fans. Does that make him a horrible person?

T-Rob, well we all love him if he stays, even with his unsavory little antics but if he leaves now he is the scum of the earth and can never come back? How do we know he even wanted to leave? Maybe Mario told him his job security would be up to the new DC. In a case like that a person would take a job like Bama's. If that isn't the case and he is just bailing well then - **** him! Just my 2 cents.
