it's not like there's a huge hurry, he said it would be filled before dead period ends next friday.

clearly he can recruit without them, just be patient my friend, a week from today we'll have a full staff

Yes, but very bad. Thing is he is going to have to call plays somewhere if he aspires to be an NFL OC. He is almost guaranteed to get the OC job here if he wants it. He will have to wait and see what happens in NFL. And it's not like coming here will derail future NFL aspirations, especially if successful. He will also be given time to grow into the role at Miami. In NFL he could be one and done...like what happened to Brady.

Dorsey TURNED DOWN two NFL OC positions he was offered for the 2021 season .. because they weren't the right fit. He isn't going to walk into a **** storm like Brady did. Not sure if he wants to come back to college or just hang until the Bills job is his. That could be as soon as February 2022.

where have you seen that he turned down any OC offer?

I saw the lions and seahawks had interest but went in other directions..

not saying he's not a good candidate, but I don't think he's been in position to be turning down anything.

Somebody had listed the two offers he had and said "good move in not taking those .. bad situations". He wouldn't leave a great situation with the Bills to take a job with a Head Coach he didn't have mad respect for or in a situation with a crap roster. That's kind of what Brady did.

Hahaha are somehow trying to knock him by claiming that the “only” team that would make him an OC is a first place division team with a 10-6 record and the number 5 offense in the NFL?!? Yea he must really be lacking in qualifications if a team like that would consider him for OC…
