Is pass game coordinator different than CO-OC. Seem like the same ish to me. What matters is who's calling plays and who makes the final decision about scheme/gameplanning.
Technically last year, Lashlee was the sole OC, and Likens was pass game coordinator. So a little different yes, but I'm pretty confident it's just a formality thing.

I think the "Co" title is more of a genuine split with someone owning the actual playcalling. Like Durkin is Co-DC but calls the plays for Ole Miss.

The PGC/RGC are purely title things to appease the ego. Purely speculative though.

Definitely possible but I don't think I've ever seen that. I've 100% seen:

OC
WR / PGC
RB / RGC

But never seen:
OC
Co-OC / PGC
Co-OC / RGC

Please correct me if I'm wrong, genuinely curious.
In 2018

Richt as HC/OC
Dugans as WR/ Co-OC
Brown as RB/OC

Dugans was just the WR coach in 2017. It was done to give Dugans more money and a title to keep schools from poaching him.
