Living in the area, and somewhat following the Panthers as my 2nd team behind the Dolphins, I'm not sure i would point a finger at Brady as failing. Its really tough because the offense was not good, but it is actually worse since he left. That offense has no QB, a terrible Oline, and McCaffrey has been hurt most of the last 2 years.

The O is not worse since he left. There's been no discernible difference.

So he had a nice run of “4star kids”… and is currently at BC with his recruiting prowess netting him one 4star kid with a debatable commit able bama offer. His 2022 classes consisted of a whose who list of 3 stars.

I get your trying to defend that Maryland and BC are shatholes and have zero business getting any talent. And whoever he signed should be given some extra star because it was harder at *insert school*
