LCE or Gogeta burner account? @Liberty City El and @gogeta4 - interesting take. Thoughts on Monroe at Syracuse, please?
What I will give him like I said is decent on the whiteboard. Plus he’s newly had a chance to absorb knowledge from Tony White there at Syracuse with the 3-3-5 attacking defense which presents a “multiple” look with showing offenses a 3-down front that can easily walk someone up to be four down, then at the snap you can see 5 down in an instance. Confusing the **** out of college O-Line and making them reactive versus flying off the ball for either gap or even zone-scheme blocking. He’s able to at least bring some of those principles with him although he isn’t necessarily a Tony white/Rock Long disciple. He more of a Mike Elko (from his time at BG) and Brian Ward (DC now at Washington St.) guy. But in the coaching profession learning new schemes and philosophies are never a disadvantage. But it still falls down to on-field coaching which is where I feel he lacks what we NEED. We don’t need someone to be buddy buddy and try to speak their lingo to fit in with players, we want someone who’s gonna get on they *** and coach em tough and hold them accountable.

So needless to say his best attribute is X’s and O’s To a degree and his brief knowledge of the 3-3-5 system.

Number 6 on that list...what is the Florida statutory dollar amount where larceny becomes grand larceny?

Coley wants to come back to Miami and wants to get back to coaching QBs.

Only on CIS was Stephen Morris ever a 1st round pick and the same can be said about Kaaya.

I'll tell you that Coley is a better QB coach than Ensminger when he worked with Brady - if Brady is actually our guy.
Clearly he wasn’t a true first rounder but under Fisch he played a lot better and Coley ruined him.

So an NFL DL coach isn’t good enough now? Yep, time to go to bed.

For what it’s worth, we got one of those right now & he’s not even good enough to warrant consideration to be retained. Charlie Partridge needs to be given a blank check & that’s list lol!

Seider is a great recruiter, he’d be helpful here not sure why people are trying to spin it.

not sure if its a spin but for what hes gonna get paid likely, he may not be worth it.

say we pay Joe 2 mill, a DC 2 mill - that's 4 mill of a 8 mil budget that has to pay the rest of the stafff, analysts, etc.

money goes away real quick. that budget likely includes the current staff members who are retained (I know T rob is on a multiple year deal).
