Go hire a real DB coach, with years of experience and a track record for landing big recruits.

I honestly don’t know what to make of this anymore.

TRob wasn’t a shocker. Mario didn’t hire him so there was no allegiance there. Sabag comes calling with a big raise and he bolts.

BMac is a bit of a surprise but I said a few days ago when news broke that UGA was interested, the pull of going home would surely be a factor.

When the process of replacing Manny started the theme was “Let’s go big “. The powers that be went after Mario and Rad and made it happen This mantra may very well have been Mario’s mindset during his coaching hiring process. It seems Mario may have underestimated the the height of the mountain he had to overcome.

I still believe Mario is the right hire at the right time. We all know where this program has been the last 20 or so years and will take a monumental effort to return us to prominence. NO ONE will outwork Mario. On the recruiting front, Mario’s doing what Mario does. The obvious next challenge is filling the coaching positions. All we can do is hope he has a plan with n place and it comes to fruition SOON.

You talking about something a decade ago that he's come nowhere near producing again isn't a feather in his cap. It actually lends more credence to everything works with Brady. Specifically in his athletic prime Brady.

So when the Patriots create a time machine and pull prime Brady, young Gronk and young Hernandez and place them in 2022 we'll all be in fear.

Right now Ga and Ala in the driver's seat. Yes we have money behind us now but their pockets both deeper than ours at least for the present. Mario just has to learn he is no longer in battles with weak west coast teams. We have lost a couple battles. Just hope he ends up winning the war. Will take a lot longer than a couple months to do so. I will wait to see how our games go to slurp or mope.
