Getting the right people is all that matters...

Offense already has great recruiters, Mirabal, Field and B-Mac. Also Mastro just needs to recruit RBs which is easy and the Northwest/West Coast. Every good staff needs a mix of good recruiters and good coaches. Not every position coach will be a great Recruiter

I will never worry about RB recruiting at Miami.... You can't print that because it will never change. RBs love to play here and regardless you can go the portal and throw a rock and hit a 1000 yard RB

He would be a good option but I'm fine with Mastro. He's every bit as good of a coach as Seider if not better. Also Seider currently has a job lol. Maybe he doesn't want to leave Penn State for the same job, Penn State has a massive budget as well

RB coach should always be an elite recruiter, without exception.
