Mario has a obsession about "doing things the right way" which obviously isn't a bad thing but the levels he goes to to protect that image is kind of strange. Example, any time the timeline of the Miami decision he almost gets defensive and secretive, trying to act as if no contact was made til like that Monday morning. I take these assistant hiring delays the same way.. He doesn't want to appear to be poaching Oregon coaches before their bowl game duties are complete, though he is and doesn't want to appear that he's not giving the current Miami a fair shake, when his mind is almost surely made up on most of them.
Can you call Mario and tell him to get a ******' move on?

I think he meant there is a shortage on high end Cordinators that are available and will consider leaving. I could be misinterpreting him though
