He's ALREADY BEEN held accountable. He's received his punishment. He'll NEVER be a HEAD COACH again at another major program. Likewise he should CONTNUE to be held accountable going forward, albeit now he'll be doing it from a position of less prominence.
It doesn't mean the guy shouldn't get a chance too redeem himself IN A LESSER ROLE/CAPACITY and right his wrongs. Again, he's guilty of being a party animal, this isn't an mass murderer or racist.
I'd take him in a heartbeat.
