According to a source, schools like Miramar request that the LOI's arrive "by now." I was also told that the UM LOI is the only one there.

I was told that with Tracy Howard and other guys the last few years, it's been the same way. First LOI to arrive is the one that's signed.

Young pup just got taken to the wood shed by MANY other prognosticators. Take your lumps and learn from it Pete. Looks like our board is the one that is currently in meltdown and not whorechant.

To be fair, without further context, the thread seems silly. But this seems like good news, if in fact his HS only accepts the LOI the kid intends to sign.
 
To clarify the tweets, since 140 characters is restricting, my source wasnt entirely clear on how the school factors in, but it is not the case that the school is dictating the process. Basically, I was told that more or less since 2009, the first LOI to arrive at Miramar has been "the one", and in Grace's case, Miami's was the first, and only, LOI to arrive. I suppose there could be a "so far" on the end of that, but the person i spoke with seemed very confident that this is wrapped up.
 
It well may be that this means we are getting Grace but it is crazy logic.

Does that mean if Louisville's LOI got there yesterday then he would be signing with them?

We are REACHiNG for some good news in light of what has happened in the last 24 hours.

I've always known Grace was a Cane, but that whole "the first one there is always the one" thing with the NLOI sound like some c0ckamaymee hocus pocus.

Logic may be the wrong word. It could very well be that Grace has told the right people not to bother, that he was going to Miami.
There's still plenty at play here, and as i said on Twitter, nothing is a 100% lock until the ink is dry, but the info i got was very confident that the fact the LOI was there was not just a mail call
 
Wasn't Grace recruiting for us on his OV?? I think most of us already penciled him in, good news regardless though.

Like i said, i wasnt told exactly how it works or what that meant, just basically told that with guys like Tracy Howard and a few others, that's how it's been.
 
i get it. since miramar high school always requests that the LOI's be sent early, it may be indicative of Grace's intent to sign here that Miami's arrived and Louisville's hasn't. More specifically, it may be indicative of Grace telling the Cardinals he was signing with Miami.




That's how I see it. Whatever.
