A year ago Atkins was a strong recruiter and a rising star OL coach. I know he had an OC title but I assume Norvell calls the plays. What’s going on with Atkins?

They're just now seeing that all their higher ranked ol recruits are not developing/getting burn and LT Washington and RT Byers objectively regressing
