They don't wanna hear that. They think he just got booted for doing some minor ****. The kid was a problem, and he'll likely be a problem going forward. The character traits he has don't just disappear in the matter of a couple months.

I love it when people think coaches will just kick a kid off the team for no good reason. Especially a talented one. Winning games is what keeps them employed. They bend over backwards to keep kids ON the team.
