F uck this s hitty conference. The ACC has no respect for Miami and clearly the NCAA has no respect for the ACC. We need to move to the sec or big 10 this off season. Not one Miami fan outside the ones who live in New York wanted this bowl game vs a bad Rutgers team. Should have made a Miami vs USC bowl game and it would have been one of the most popular bowl games of the offseason.
 
Out of all the possible venues and matchups being discussed a few days ago this is the one I was least excited about. I was hoping for Oregon St. or Utah out west. Oh well, at the very least it should get us to 8 wins.

You're right. Miami never makes average players look like Heisman winners. I don't know what I was thinking. Our stellar 7-5 record proves that never happens.

My point is you are spinning up and old narrative that was not true this year with new DC Guidry. And clearly you have no facts to back up your old narrative. Case closed.

Are you Mrs. Guidry? Would you know how to cover a TE or a RB on a wheel route? There is no narrative. 7-5 speaks for itself. And who says it has to be only offensive players? We made average defenses look like the 85 bears all year long

We aren't ready to play a good team, especially without a qb. Take Rutgers and be happy we have a chance.

Vs. Usc, half the country turns the game off at halftime, including me.

miami needs to start winning if it wants to earn respect.

Miami has a HUGE alumni population in the NE so this is a very good bowl in terms of fanbase attendance.

You are clueless. You lost the argument that we did not make average QB’s look great this year, so you moved on to how bad our offense was? What a tool. Guidry coaches the defense, keep up.

Give it a rest and stop rubbing the "7-5" totem.

Our 5 losses were by 3, 10, 14, 7, and 7. We gave up 23, 41, 20, 27, and 38 points.

So, AT BEST, you have 2 games where you could possibly complain that our defense gave up more points than they should have (UNC and Louisville). UNC is ranked and Drake Maye is pretty good. So that leaves the Louisville game, though they were ranked. Maybe we let Plummer have one or two TDs that we shouldn't have.

Regardless, you are overstating the issue. By a lot.

I'm not saying it's every game, I'm saying we have a habit of making average players look like superstars. Someone mentioned that Rutgers qb sucks and I said that probably means he'll go off on us. No need for anyones panties to get in a bunch. And no matter how you feel, we lost 5 games to a few ****** teams with ****** players that probably had their best games against us. That's been happening for years
