That being said, the level of **** slobbing of Dabo on here by Miami "fans" is extremely disturbing. The dude lost by double digits to Louisville at home (who Miami beat on the road) and didn't beat an ACC team with a winning conference record until SMU.

Agreed. It’s down to us, Bama and SMU for the last spot. My guess is SMU.

We aren't going to suddenly bump Bama given neither played today. We are out. But SMU being ranked 8 and only losing by a last second FG in a conference championship should absolutely not fall below Bama, so there should be two ACC teams in, and **** Bama and the SEC charity from the Committee

Agreed. With a close game SMU has to be in the playoffs. The Committee has already been heavily questioned and criticized after the Miami/Bama decision. This would be a step too far in showing their bias

An analyst made a great point on Twitter. If the committee punishes a team that loses their conference champ game and rewards one that didn’t play in theirs, the whole conference championship game concept crumbles. Why would teams and conference want to play a championship game if it can hurt you.
