I hope tossing a JSU hat becomes a thing lol.If the hat is visible at his commitment that's 100% where he's going.

If he doesn't recruit DTs they will but the roster isn't too bad he doesn't have to recruit. He may do ok earlyAnd gives up an average of 500 yards rushing a game
No. Because there will be more eyes on him at F$UNIL is getting kids to go there..idk if barstool will give him that at FSU
lol based on what him stealing a couple of highly rated recruits that was really based on his relationship with Barstool and the NIL?This is what’s out there on Sanders, he’s not going to be there for another 3-4 years.
The former NFL star turned college football head coach could end up becoming one of the most-coveted head coaches in the country – if he’s not there already.
Wait until “his” LB get there....If he doesn't recruit DTs they will but the roster isn't too bad he doesn't have to recruit. He may do ok early
And #0 too, I assure u
So was Patrick Peterson. What’s your point? Ohhh, I get it…you are saying players that grew up Canes fans have never turned their back on UM for any reason. Got it!NO.
He was a cane fan his whole life
I hope tossing a JSU hat becomes a thing lol.
AgreedI hope not. I don't like anyone tossing a hat even though it's really inconsequential. All those schools and their staffs put time and money into recruiting these young men. It might be for show and they're thankful behind the scenes to those who recruited them, but it's not a good look.
Depends unless he has a staff over there that are going to be allowed to recruit. If he's not making the decisions they will be ok but don't be surprised Wisconsin runs all over them.Wait until “his” LB get there....
It’s a bad look, but there is a part of me that wouldn’t mind seeing a Florida or FSU hat go into a shredder.Agreed
Even when it goes our way it’s just a terrible look all the way around
I wonder if Deion could make it a business model where every year he plucks a handful of prime high school recruits, and then fills out the rest of his class with portal transfers? If we don’t land him I hope he goes to Jackson St just so I can read the hilarity that will ensue
The overreactions to one trend setting class will be pure visceral entertainment
You’re gonna make me look like a hypocrite here hahaIt’s a bad look, but there is a part of me that wouldn’t mind seeing a Florida or FSU hat go into a shredder.
True and fair enough. Maybe tossing a hat with Deion's stupid face on it then...I hope not. I don't like anyone tossing a hat even though it's really inconsequential. To me I think it’s just not something that continues year after yearI wonder if Deion could make it a business model where every year he plucks a handful of prime high school recruits, and then fills out the rest of his class with portal transfers?

All bull**** aside, you may be right in his particular case, but I’m rather certain the pressure on kids by the big boys as to bags, enticing visits, etc was trimmed due to COVID restrictions…and then you have their parents who may want them a bit closer to home.
the thing is i dont think it collapses. To me I think it’s just not something that continues year after year
It’s only happening this year because it’s a selling point. You find a couple of kids that you can sell on being the “first”. Once the reality of their decisions set in, they are gonna transfer and the whole thing collapses.
If I’m wrong and two years from now he’s still pulling this off, I will eat my crow, but there is zero percent chance to me this is sustainable
It’s a fad. Kids love fads.
U know he had to be a die hard fan to be hearing it from Heritage all day to go somewhere else. I mean he was at the HS that we struggle with and was a five star and stuck by the U. If that ain't a fan I don't know what is. I think covid helped with TaylorI was one of the only posters on here saying we had a shot or where we were with him during recruitment. It wasnt a Guess by me...i knew the ppl around him and WE were all extreme cane fans obviously lol.
There is a difference ins omeone who "likes" a team as a kid and some one who is a "fan". James is a fan in that hes the type that would be on a CIS board, etc...Patrick Peterson liked us because we were good when he was a kid.
James was doing the visit run since he was a soph, and parents werent a factor here. He was ALWAYS a Cane lean hence him committing fairly early...there was a time where UGA made a move and he leaned there but for the most part he was a cane only to be lost by poor recruiting.
I dont know exactly which recruits Covid helped with but i dont think JW was one of them really.
Yeah I never understood that. Such a disrespect as there are lots of resources devoted and to see it symbolically thrown away doesn’t make the kid look good.I hope not.
