We pick up one of the most influential athletes in SFLA in 14 and a **** good RB and we have people not sure about the pick up. Dammit mane!

I have a sinking feeling we don't get Cook or Michel. Plenty of time left but nobody can tell me those two aren't on a distinctly different level than everyone else, including Yearby.

Not writin anyone off until the end of the season and the NCAA stuff finishes up.

Love this kid. He has excellent vision, extremely fast feet, hits the hole hard and has a nose for the end zone. What's not to like?

It hurts me more to neg you than it hurts you. I just want you to know that.

I know one thing off watching his junior highlights...you can't tackle this kid in a phone booth lol Some of those moves are ridiculous lol

The one he put on the kid from Columbus lulz

This would be a nice committment except I think his teammate--who surely won't want to split carries with him and with Sony Michel--is a markedly better prospect. Cook, to me, is game-changing prospect, whereas Yearby is a very good one.

nasty in and out of his cuts, what he does to these white kids trying to cover him is embarrassing

I just don't get the mindset that we should be weary of bringing on an elite kid because it might impact another elite kid who runs the 40 1/10th of a second faster. Yearby is a got **** stud. He looks much more natural than Cook. His coach, who many on here wanted to bring on our staff, thinks enough of the guy to put him ahead of Superman Cook. He just compared Yearby to Frank Gore. I am absolutely stoked at the commitment. And as we know, a decommitment-commitment is about as strong as it gets. Rarely do those kids go back. You Cook lovers need to chill.

cook is more of a hit the hole at a million miles an hour type guy, while yearby is more of a crazy legs who jukes the **** out of people

Well Sony has made it clear that he wants competition and Yearby only adds to Duke, Gus, and Corn.

that's what he has said publicly, but he wants to step in and become the #1 back but he can't do that at any of the places in his top 5. He isn't scared of any running back by any means but he's used to being the man like he was at Heritage. His parents are very positive on Miami. (from his teammates) Sony will be a Cane just many other top players if we get 10+ wins IMO. I can't realistically see us getting all 3. I do think we end up Sony/Yearby but I wouldn't be surprised for it to be Yearby/Cook. Cook now has 4 major influences pushing him towards Miami. His brother Deandre (hurricane 2013 bball commit), Yearby, Darling, and the Homecourt/family influence. I saw Deandre said his family he grew up liking the U with the rest of his family. If somehow we pull off the trio, Baby Jesus would never have to use his arm.

clicked on the forum, saw there were 219 people on the recruiting board. Knew something had to have gone down lol. But yea, wasn't expecting this at all, thought he was FSU all the way

I like yearby a lot. If this were any other year where we didn't have 2 5 star studs in our backyards, we'd be patting ourselves on the back with this commit. Yearby is as solid as it gets. When I first heard about this, I knew cook was a long shot and a huge uphill battle. I think we should all be prepared for losing cook. Clemson won't go down without a fight.

Sony will be a signing day battle, IMO. With yearby, it's the whole bird in hand issue. Golden does not want to leave it by chance with cook and Sony.
