That's more like it - the ice on the lower shoulder. ****, if he'd have busted that XXXXXXX XXXXX (Ibis, you got them big werds), there'd have been more than a bit of ice where the shoulder bone connects to the arm bone. (Once again into the breach, Ibis)

I have had three shoulder operations. Anytime you dislocate your shoulder there is some kind of damage to your labrum. Hurts like **** because it also tears all the tendons to some kind of degree holding you shoulder in place as well.
