Hate to say it but with Emory at QB and the current DC, we are 5-7 next year. Get a top portal QB and you can steal 1 or 2 games. replace Guidry with a quality DC and you might get another game maybe 2. Just don't see anyway this team wins more than 7.

There HAS to be very little chance that both will happen.

Mario has signed 13 DBs since he’s been here. Only four have been from South Florida.

One is our best DB by far (Frederique), two have been injured (Mack and Brown) and the fourth is Zaquan.

I’m more upset that we didn’t prioritize De’Angelo Ponds and Xavier Lucas. Both were discussed heavily on here.

He's okay against the run.

But he's not a Deep coverage Safety.

I stated this when we signed him and ive coached him sonce he was 9.

Hes better closer to the line of scrimmage. Full time deep end aint him to me. He plays more aggressively closer to the line almost like a nickel role or SS.

I agree. You can tell he thinks it’s still high school, this is CFB going against some real good talent and needs to be locked in 24/7. I guarantee you he never had to guard Shii or seen Shii like that on the field while in high school.

Hes been going against the best wr in college football (JJ Smith) since they were 10. Chaminade had 7 div 1 wrs while he was there...he likely went against better wr in high school daily than he did this freshman year at um lol

i feel mc is a punching bag some times, an easy target and people tend to overlook his growth this year, especially on the offensive side ... but he'll deserve every arrow launch his way if he gambles on guidry

QB actually scares me a lot more than DC to be honest. How can Mario go through this portal season and not bring in any of the guys out there? Really hoping he has something up his sleeve with one of the playoff teams because otherwise yikes .

That being said we need a new dc /safeties coach and he will be ok. **** i realize the dc cant coach so none of the safeties are gonna be developed
