That and the way its corrected is by not letting the defender get his hands inside like that, which he did at the initial point of contact.
I don't read much into these camp and all-star things. There's another rep where I loved how he kept his feet moving horizontally showing amazing balance with light feet for a guy his size.
Here is the hand he used for the leveraged throw down....
Its another cam angle. But the same play.
You can clearly see he is under his arm not near his pads. The other hand came up when the defenders hands went under his mask. You can tell how he tosses him and both of their bodies that this wasn't someone grabbing the shoulder pads and falling. He stoned him. He only feel down because the defender pulled him down. Holding is completely subjective so who knows what would have been called. But from what I see this aint holding. Its the same result I would expect if a high schooler went up against a mauling NFL type body of a man. Just tossed the dude.
