Then why haven’t they already? Because they can’t. It’s pretty obvious he’s trying to make us up our bag.

I just don’t understand why take it then TBH. There has to be interest to go back a few weeks later.

ill let the weekend play out and wait for his decision. again, you and I aren't in his head. we dont know what he plans on doing other than what we read here or what you may here. ****, kids tell coaches what they want to hear all the time. we've had recruits create fake accounts lol. again, I think hes coming. it doesn't mean I dont think things can change at the last minute.

And you said the commit date was before the visit.. you’ve never seen a player go on one final visit before a decision and that’s the school they go to? That’s very common. He also just came off an unofficial so UF could be the pick.

I see your point but at the same time if he just visited UF I would imagine he would of told them what the # to beat is. Why would UF set an OV then unless they thought they could make a competitive offer? I still think Miami as well for the record but I can see him calling miami mon an saying hey I got this offer see if you can beat it and then committing to the biggest offer the 15.

theyre gonna come w their best offer. well see what happens. hopefully, we go in home Sunday night. that would be my plan. whatever their final number is, beat it and end it.

I agree, it’s just seems a little different with this recruitment. Even after his UOV last week to UF, there was growing confidence on the UM side all this week, and then Boom….he announces a commitment date and OV to UF.

He did say that they are going to try and convince him to take less so they can get Russaw and Ricks

Once he signs his pledge, he loses his negotiating leverage. He seems to have kept everything behind the scenes and out of the spotlight. Tbh, I don’t have a problem with it. If he can leverage this visit to squeeze that last drop of juice out of Ruiz, then whatever. Once he signs, it’s a wrap and it’s his turn to produce.
