After the embarrassing scenario losing Cormani I can see them throwing the Brinks truck at Samson & Ricks. We're clearly in UF's head and you can never underestimate a desperate man/program.

I love Hartline as a recruiter and WR coach but I don’t want a first time OC here unless they have extensive experience.

Also I don’t know why he would leave OSU he is crushing it there and will get the HC job eventually.

I’m personally hesitant to hire a first time coordinator without experience but Hartline is the best non head coach recruiter in the country so if we were gonna take a risk he’d be the guy. Personally, I have Sowder from Kent State at the top of my list with Rob Anae from Cuse as a good consolation prize.

Interesting tidbit thrown out in an article Gaby wrote this morning...

He says the Canes are in a dogfight for Okunlola. There is reason to believe he's quietly made his way to a few schools this fall, despite the fact he has the majority of his games on Saturdays...

The hope is he will still get down to campus for the FSU game this weekend on an unofficial visit.

Staff had a facetime call with him last week and still feel like they are in a good position.

One team Gaby mentions to be in the mix for sure is UF...

look im not always miserable lol. this season took a lot out of me bc my expectations were rellly high. give me some OC and DC changes and a strong class we back!

Steele is fine. More horses for him especially at LB & he’ll be set on that side of the ball.
