Has anyone confirmed the original post or are we just freaking out over what this one guy randomly said?

You guys have the 250 yd TD pegged all wrong focusing on Gus. This is part of Dorito's master plan on defense. We still give up 500 yds a game this year, but it comes in the form of 2-250 yard TD's, and we are one of the leaders in the nation in scoring defense at only 14 ppg.

I dont care if he hit him on a 5 yard pass in stride. We missed that last year. If you looked at what Coley calls its that kind of O get the ball in the playmakers hands quickly and let them do the rest. The O we ran when Dorsey was here. Throw quick routes make the D tighten up and then go over the top of them.

It was about a 58 yd throw thru the air that hit Coley perfectly in stride, they have video of it in another thread. U should check it out.

The season went to **** when we lost Duke last year. It doesnt mean it excuses the defense and what happened, but once Duke was out, our offense was just awful. We win at least, at least one out of VT, Duke and UL.

We win all 3... Especially Duke.. and VT, it was plain as day we were missing a home run threat. I'm hoping that Yearby can be that guy behind Duke.

Nah, D got gashed for an average of over 540 yards and 41 points in those games.

Lmao about beating Duke especially when they ran for 358 yards against us and would have neutralized Johnson by keeping him off the field....

or maybe we would have neutralized their offense more by using Duke to sustain drives and keep them off the field....

Our D sucked anyway you slice it, but we were 7-1 with Duke and would have won several more games had he stayed healthy

as long as he can make the throws that sustain drives and move the chains. morris couldn't do that and that was one of our biggest issues the last few years.
