What do those stats have to do with him winning big games? We know he's a good quarterback, but he has consistently not come through so far in his career. I would be talking up his last four game leadership (which had been his weakness), not his season stats which have always looked good even though our record sucked.

You could throw for better numbers than that in the Big 12.

Almost every qb in big 12 racks up stats because they play no D.
