Ruiz addresses Shalala

Everything the hobbit touches turns to mierda. Most people don't remember but she had a short stint with USA men's soccer, during the lead up to that World Cup we DIDN'T qualify for. Call it a coincidence but that ***** leaves nothing but destruction to sports programs in her wake.

On her watch Coker, Shannon, and Golden were all not only hired, but all PREMATURELY EXTENDED. He's absolutely correct in stating that she's a big part of the reason we're in this mess to begin with.

Good for John, he pretty much expressed what most of us feel about that worthless piece of dog crap wrapped in cat crap.

They need to work with the soccer team to co build a stadium. I believe the location for Freedom Park they are planning to build it on is less than 15 mins from the university, that's our best bet In my opinion.

She didn't "Go Along" with ANYTHING. What ACTUALLY happened was that once the Marlins decided they wanted that site, Diaz Sr. gave Miami a garbage proposal that he knew wouldn't be accepted(IE UMiami would have to pay nine figures to renovate the OB, with minimal city backing, and UMiami would still NOT OWN THE OB outright). They knew **** well no rational leader would take that deal, clearing the way for them to give the land to Loria. It was all a con job, by a career con artist.

Ever notice that the Soffers and the consistent money never say anything? There's a reason why, they aren't out there trying to be loved, they are merely trying to do what's right for the University.

I’m not sure it’s brutal honesty as much as it’s “supercharged hubris” with Ruiz and to a lesser extent, Shalala. I’m yet to meet a modest or humble billionaire.

Better thing to do was the spend 6 months working on his project in silence, with an architect firm or stadium development experts, spend a little money, do some traffic studies and feasibility experiments, and then naturally come to the conclusion…

that he himself, is a ******* idiot. Stop gassing this dude, he and his group haven’t done a single study or made a single call. This is an attention grab.

Yal be hating for no reason . This dude is saying he’s willing to do whatever to help the team and your response is “oh he’s an idiot because I said so” . Whether his SPAC goes through or not , he already has money, actually wants to help the team and , is being vocal about it . Yea let’s shout out the Soffers for being “quiet” what exactly has that gotten us ? Media speculation that we’re broke and don’t care about football ? Ruiz is trying to change that
. Even if the stadium is a long shot , it certainly has a better chance of happening with all this attention drawn to the idea , vs. “doing it silently” and the powers that be are more easily able to squash it in silence.


You actually have no idea what studies he and his group have or haven’t done . This could be a distraction while they go after the real site, you actually have no idea so stop speaking like you do .
